Personal Geocaching history
The reason that led my on to the Geocaching trail was my
interest for GPS. I used to work with this almost since the beginning, or at
least when it became a possibility for civilians to buy the stuff. For one
period I used to work for the Magellan distributor in Sweden. We were
somewhat of pioneers at the time. Already in the mid 1990's we predicted
what actually is the truth today. GPS-system in cars, trucks, taxis etc.
When reading "everything" on Internet about GPS related
stuff, I accidentally stumbled on a link to
geocaching.com.
